We are pleased to present one of our two newest additions to Olmsted Village. Camellia Parke Shoppes, a 100,000 + square foot lifestyle center, is now being developed and will soon showcase well-known international and regional upscale retail and specialty shops, along with festive and romantic restaurants with courtyard dining and entertainment. Reflecting a "neo-traditional" style, the New England architectural style buildings will be home to preferred retailers and uses that will differentiate this lifestyle center from the competition, now and in the future. Designs of the 12 buildings in Camellia Parke Shoppes will emulate architectural features of the Village of Pinehurst, a "National Historic Landmark". In keeping with the beauty of the history of the area, while ushering in the future, this center will lend itself to customers who enjoy the charm and class of the "Old Village" ambiance while providing conveniences with a touch of modern flair. Camellia Parke Shoppes will take the customer beyond their expectations with not just ease of its location, great parking and access, but to memorable experience of discovery of pieces of the "Village Past" while strolling along the music filled old brick walkways. Customers are pleasantly surprised by outdoor open display of bits of nostalgia found around corners and turns throughout the Camellia Parke shopping expedition.

Camellia Parke Shoppes Commercial Leasing - Legend has it that the first shrub planted by Frederick Law Olmsted in his 1895 creation that would become the village of Pinehurst was the Camellia. He selected the Camellia because it blooms brilliantly throughout the winter to please the eye of the Northern visitors to whom the founder, Bostonian, James Walker Tufts, would market his mid south oasis. It is our objective at Olmsted Village that we will please the eye's of today's visitors with our project and honor that shrub with our Camellia Parke Shoppes.
